We provide digital services including but not limited to:

- Digital marketing
- Content creation
- Website maintenance and support
All services are delivered based on mutual agreement shared via email, WhatsApp, proposal, quotation, or signed document.
Payments
- Payments must be made as per the agreed terms before service initiation or at defined milestones.
- For projects requiring third-party tools, hosting, plugins, themes, or software, the client is responsible for additional costs unless stated otherwise.
- Delay in payment may result in a pause/termination of the project.
Project Timeline
- Project timelines depend on client response speed, content delivery, approvals, and required resources.
- Delays in providing details, content or approvals from the client side may extend the project deadline.
Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate business details and required materials
- Respond on time for approvals and feedback
- Use the final website and deliverables legally
The client is solely responsible for all business activities conducted through their website.
Revisions & Modifications
- Minor revisions are included as per the service quotation.
- Extra revisions, additional sections/pages, new features, or redesign requests will be treated as a separate service and charged accordingly.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Once the project has started or any work has been delivered, the advance payment is non-refundable.
- No refunds are issued for completed work or digital services already delivered.
- If the project is paused due to client inactivity for 30+ days, it may be marked as completed.

Ownership & Copyright
- Website and design files belong to Manoj Koch Digital until full payment is received.
- After full payment, ownership is transferred to the client except for:
- Licensed plugins
- Paid themes
- Third-party resources
(Which remain under their respective licenses.)
Portfolio & Marketing Rights
We reserve the right to showcase:
- Website samples
- Designs
- Project outcomes
- Client results
in our portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Losses due to cyber-attacks, hosting failures, malware, hacking, or third-party services
- Business revenue loss due to website downtime or external factors
- Misuse of website by client or third parties
We guarantee our best effort, not guaranteed fixed rankings or revenue, as digital marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
- The client violates these Terms & Conditions
- The client engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Payments are delayed beyond the agreed timeline
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
